WRAPTURE LIMOUSINE POLICIES AND TERMS :
By placing a reservation with Wrapture Limousine, you acknowledge and expressly agree to the following policies, terms and conditions and further, expressly authorize Wrapture Limousine to charge your credit card, in full or part, deposit relating to your reservation, including, but not limited to, charging your credit card in full for the reservation should you be considered a 'no-show'. Service is deemed rendered, whether you enter the vehicle or not, when the cancellation period is reached. In accordance with the licensing of Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming, we request that the consumption of alcohol only be supplied by Wrapture Limousine. The party paying for the reservation will be liable for the $500 fine.
PRIVACY POLICY
Wrapture Limousine does not sell, rent or disseminate your personal and financial information to any outside third parties. Wrapture Limousine Services Ltd. reserves the right to use the information supplied to provide requested services and collect payment for services rendered in accordance with our rates, terms and policies.
AIRPORT ARRIVAL WAIT TIME
Wrapture Limousine provides up to 30 minutes of free wait time for domestic arrivals (up to 45 minutes of free wait time on International Arrivals requiring customs clearance) for you to deplane and obtain your luggage. If you do not meet your chauffeur or call us within 3 hours of your plane landing, we will consider you a 'no-show' and you will be charged in full for the reservation. UPDATE OF AIRPORT TRANSFER FLIGHT ARRIVAL TIMES
Wrapture Limousine updates all the arrival times when a correct flight number is provided, but the update is only as reliable as the information we are provided by the Airline of Airport.

WEDDING, GRAD AND SPECIAL EVENT DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit of 50% of the total price and a signed contract are required to hold the limousine. Deposits are non-refundable, since many of our limousines are booked a year in advance. Occasionally, we do apply a partial credit from the deposit to a future event, depending on circumstances and how soon we receive the cancellation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are accepted by phone, fax or email. Cancellations of Airport Arrivals or Departures require no less than 12 hours prior to pick up time. With Wrapture Limousine, all deposits will be non-refundable.
RATES AND BILLING
Hourly jobs are billed by the number of hours you ordered the limousine for. Minimum posted number of hours is the only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for, not what you will be billed for.
PAYMENT METHODS
Wrapture Limousine accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All charges will be billed to your credit card or account.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Wrapture Limousine is not responsible for items that are left in the vehicle, lost or damaged. Our chauffeurs will assist with luggage at a client's request, but assume no liability for doing so.

UNCONTROLLED ACTS, ACTS OF GOD AND/OR ACTS OF MOTHER NATURE
Wrapture Limousine is not responsible for acts of God, acts of Mother Nature and/or circumstances that are beyond our control; including, but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather delays, etc.
VEHICLE DAMAGE/CLEANING
The party paying for the reservation is responsible for all damages and/or cleaning charges incurred by the Renter and/or Party of the Renter, including but not limited to:
Vomit/Sickness ($200 Cleaning fee)
Broken Glassware ($10 per glass)
Burns($500 Replacement/Repair)
Smoking ($500 per violation)
Upholstery Tears ($500-$1000 Replacement/Repair)
Sunroof usage or damage ($300)
Opening a Car Door into another Vehicle or Stationary object ($1500-2000) etc.
TERMINATION OF ANY RESERVATION BY WRAPTURE LIMOUSINE
Wrapture Limousine reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund, if the chauffeur feels that the Renter and/or anyone in the party of the Renter is putting the chauffeur or vehicle at risk. If the Renter, or anyone from their party, is in the possession of any illegal material and/or substance, during our service, the reservation will be terminated and they will be charged the full amount.
RATE CHANGES
Wrapture Limousine reserves the right to change rates at any time without any notice.
